To solve the installation issue. Right click and click exit the Power Saver Program in the taskbar. I don't know how much power it saves, but we'll see.

12-18-08 Bets 2r2+RC1 file. During install time, it appeared to reach near the end of the install and froze. The harddrive was cycling constantly. After waiting 15 min's, I clicked "Cancel". The installer would not cancel. It popped the message, do you want to cancel, answering yes, it still did not halt the install. Luckily, I noted a the work around via the task bar icon listed by a user.

For those with the installer freezing with a "Please wait..." message, there is a workaround until this gets fixed in the installer. Apparently it starts "Vista Battery Saver" just before it finishes, see the icon in the icon tray area, right click that and select "Exit" and setup will finish successfully...

I tried installing both versions, but get the install windows gets stuck before completing. The prog seems to work as long as I don't reboot the computer. After rebooting, it no longer works. HELP!
